The writing is in the paper. It is now also here, a reversal this newspaper argued against and lost, to itself, in one afternoon. The stacks remain the point — a thing you can read anywhere is a thing nobody picks up, and we would still rather you went outside.

Where to get it
Stacks go out by hand and get swapped for fresh ones about once a month. Shops run out. If a pile is gone, that is the system working.
